My son broke the handle off my shower. Called a few other companies, they quoted me between $500-$700 for the repair, even though I bough my parts myself. Called Scott McCloud plumbing and they were able to help me stay within my budget. The person they sent, Teddy, was super professional and friendly. He was able to complete the repair quickly. I will definitely be using this company in the future

My elderly parent’s sink was recently leaking and starting to damage the cabinets. I called Scott McLeod Plumbing and they came out in the next two hours to give an estimate. We needed to buy a new faucet and they scheduled the next day to come install. Their installers were friendly and proficient. At the installation, they recommended replacing the valves. My dad approved this, but didn’t realize it would double the price. Brandon, from the company, called me to follow up with the install and I told him about the situation with the unexpected cost and he offered to refund a portion of the installation. I told him that they did a good job and I wanted them to be paid for their work, but he was insistent upon rectifying the situation. This meant a great deal to us, as my parents are on a very fixed income. His actions show the integrity of the company, their commitment to their quality of their work, and that they truly care about their customers. Thank you!!

Awesome company. Joseph and his apprentice came to my residence around mid January. They found the leak and fixed it. They did a great job and I thought the cost was absolutely worth it. They ARE my plumbers for any future needs! Great job!

We had a tree fall on our house with the big wind storm this week. The chimney was knocked down and fell on our water line pipes causing a leak. Erik and Carlos came out the same day I called to help. They worked quickly and under some dangerous conditions as they had to climb over the rubble of our chimney and there were tiles dangling from the roof. Not to mention the tree still hadn't yet been removed from our house. They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and just super cool guys. Thanks to the team at Scott McLeod plumbing! Edit: I can't forget to mention the helpful office that was friendly and easy to work with scheduling the work. Just a great experience from start to finish.

We needed to install a new toilet and I called on a Monday evening and we promptly had a technician out Tuesday morning. Teddy was our technician and he did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend this company.

Scott McCleod Plumbing was our go-to company when we ran into a jam with the installation of our new dishwasher. They responded within a few hours, gave us a reasonable estimate, then returned the next business day and professionally installed the appliance, removed the old appliance, and cleaned up the work area following installation. Our techs, Teddy and Luke, were friendly, professional, courteous, and responded intelligently to all of our inquiries. I would highly recommend their services.
