My son broke the handle off my shower. Called a few other companies, they quoted me between $500-$700 for the repair, even though I bough my parts myself. Called Scott McCloud plumbing and they were able to help me stay within my budget. The person they sent, Teddy, was super professional and friendly. He was able to complete the repair quickly. I will definitely be using this company in the future

My elderly parent’s sink was recently leaking and starting to damage the cabinets. I called Scott McLeod Plumbing and they came out in the next two hours to give an estimate. We needed to buy a new faucet and they scheduled the next day to come install. Their installers were friendly and proficient. At the installation, they recommended replacing the valves. My dad approved this, but didn’t realize it would double the price. Brandon, from the company, called me to follow up with the install and I told him about the situation with the unexpected cost and he offered to refund a portion of the installation. I told him that they did a good job and I wanted them to be paid for their work, but he was insistent upon rectifying the situation. This meant a great deal to us, as my parents are on a very fixed income. His actions show the integrity of the company, their commitment to their quality of their work, and that they truly care about their customers. Thank you!!
